I try to fit my favorite movies or pop culture into my projects when appropriate. My mom introduced me to The Lord of the Rings, and this project combined my love for this movie trilogy and graphic design. My main focus was layout, legibility, and color contrast. The map is based on a Risk Lord of the Rings Trilogy edition board game and its style of illustration. It took most of my time, but in the end, I’m happy I was committed to finishing the map and all the little details in it.
